Preventing Loss of Configuration on the Server

To complete the download for Linux, please follow the instructions below:

1. From the SysAid left side menu go to Monitoring -> Monitor Setting.

2. Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.

3. Now you can re-install the patch.

4. Click this link to download the installation file.

5. Stop the Tomcat.

6.Run the installation file you have downloaded in step 4.

7.When the installation is complete, re activate the Tomcat.
